‘During the five courses we will deepen our connections to nature for healing our bodies and minds and the earth. The elements are wonderful allies and help us to open to our more subtler senses of communication which in turn expands our awareness.

There is a growing body of research that demonstrated that time spent in nature is very good for our health. For example, there is a reduction in our cortisol hormone levels which when raised indicates our bodies are in stress. The number of our immune T cells increase when we are observing nature. For our bodies to stay well we must ‘be nature’ even when we are inside.’

We will facilitate your deepening connection during each 1-day course as we work with the land, plants, flowers, and trees.’
