We understand that ‘life happens’ and that on rare occasions our guests may need to cancel their place on a workshop or event. Due to the nature of running small group events, we have designed a policy that we believe to be fair whilst protecting the viability of the workshop or event.
|Any cancellations requested more than one month prior to the start date. You’ve given us plenty of notice and we will have a reasonable chance of filling your spot.||Cancellations made between one month & two full weeks prior to the start date.|
It’s going to be tricky for us to fill your spot.
|Cancellations requested less than two full weeks prior to the start date.|
|You will receive an 80% refund on your ticket price if: There is more than one month until the start date.||You will receive a 50% refund on your ticket price if: There is less than one month AND more than two weeks until the workshop/event start date.||If there are less than two weeks until the workshop/event start date we are unlikely to fill your spot and so no refund will be available.|
Can I transfer my space to someone else?
Absolutely! We’re quite happy for you to transfer your ticket to someone else, provided that they meet the criteria specified by the event (eg. some events are for qualified Counsellors/Therapists only).
What if the event is cancelled?
In the very unlikely event that workshop is cancelled, we will issue a full refund along with our sincere apologies.
