It is crucial that you only apply for events and workshops for which you are suitably qualified. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made in error. Due to the nature of our training, we reserve the right to refuse service to a candidate who is unsuitable for the workshop being applied for, and as such, the following cancellation policy will apply.
Being a small training centre, we are unable to take deposits for our workshops and other CPD events, and payment is required in full to reserve your place.
Cancellation policy – Workshops & CPD events
Cancellation of a booking by the participant must be received in writing/ email.
Cancellations received less than fourteen days before the workshop start date will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the full workshop fee. This covers tutor fees, materials, and venue hire.
Can I transfer my space to someone else?
Absolutely! We’re quite happy for you to transfer your ticket to someone else, provided that they meet the criteria specified by the event (eg. some events are for qualified Counsellors/Therapists only).
What if the event is cancelled?
In the very unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, we will issue a full refund along with our sincere apologies.
